      Lumivish currently offers annual membership access priced at €9.99 per year, unless otherwise stated
      on the website at the time of purchase.

    1. 14-Day Refund Rule
      If a member requests a refund within 14 days of purchase and has not created a dream, the
      membership fee may be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer law and this Policy.
      Refund requests made after the 14-day period may be refused unless a refund is required under
      applicable law.

    1. When the Membership Fee Is Generally Not Refundable
      If a member has already created a dream, the membership is considered used and the membership fee
      will generally not be refunded, except where required by applicable law.
      Techelegante OÜ may also refuse a full refund where the member has materially used core membership
      features or received immediate access to the digital service to the extent permitted by applicable law.

      Contributions made by users to support dreams are generally non-refundable once successfully
      processed, except in cases of technical error, unauthorized payment, duplicate charge, fraud review, or
      where a refund is required by law.

    1. Payment Processing Fees
      Payment processing fees, card fees, currency conversion fees, and other third-party transaction costs
      may be non-refundable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

      and include the purchase email address, date of purchase, and a short explanation of the request.

    1. Review and Processing Time
      Refund requests are reviewed based on the date of purchase, whether a dream was created, the extent
      to which the membership was used, the payment status, and applicable legal rights.
      If a refund is approved, it will generally be returned to the original payment method within 14 days after
      the refund decision or valid withdrawal request, unless a longer period is required by the payment
      provider or banking system.
